Job description & role responsibilities:
To match our growth plans in the field of workwear content, we are growing our editorial team. This freelancer position will involve editing our content on workwear guides, thorough reviews, and industry news. In addition, this role will enable you to learn our writing style of articles, proofread and edit them, and conduct thorough fact checks.
Key Requirements
– Editor with 3+ years of relevant writing experience in workwear and PPE (construction industry experts will also be considered)
– Strong understanding of our industry and our ethos to deliver impartial and best-in-class articles
– Exceptional writing skills and strong attention to detail
– Independent with a can-do attitude
– Comfortable working remotely but able to communicate effectively with other team members and provide feedback where needed
– A mindset of making continuous and incremental improvements and an ethos of delivering excellent results promptly

As part of our expansion in the workwear and PPE sector, we’re looking for a freelance Market Researcher to join our growing team. This role involves conducting in-depth market and product research to support our editorial, review, and product analysis teams. You’ll gather and interpret data on workwear brands, product performance, consumer preferences, and industry trends to help guide content strategy and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
– Research and analyze market trends, pricing, and consumer feedback across workwear and PPE categories
– Identify opportunities, gaps, and emerging trends within the industry
– Collect and organize data from multiple sources, including manufacturer websites, online retailers, customer reviews, and trade publications
– Present insights and actionable recommendations to the editorial and content strategy teams
– Collaborate with writers and editors to ensure all published content is accurate, data-driven, and aligned with market realities
– Continuously monitor competitor activity and maintain updated market intelligence reports
Key Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related role (experience in workwear, PPE, or construction industries is a strong plus)
– Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
– Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (experience with data visualization tools is a bonus)
– Strong written communication skills and ability to present findings clearly
